If your package has already shipped, and you have a concern regarding transit progress, do NOT contact the carrier yourself.
Rogers will handle everything for you.

Examples of transit concerns:
- Delayed transit (no movement for 3 business days)
- Travel history indicates damage to the package
- Travel history message is confusing / unclear
- The package shows delivered but is not the correct location
